Our Commitment to Microsoft Dynamics GP

Our Commitment to Microsoft Dynamics GP
At Fusionary, we work with organizations that rely on Microsoft Dynamics GP every day to run their business, and that’s not changing anytime soon. For many teams, it continues to be a stable and dependable system for financials and operations. That’s why we are committed to supporting GP and the clients who rely on it for the next 10+ years.
Our role in that ecosystem is focused. We work alongside Microsoft Dynamics VARs to extend GP through eCommerce, integrations, and digital experiences. While VARs lead ERP implementation and management, we focus on connecting the systems around it so businesses can operate more efficiently and scale.
We’re proud to be part of The Knights of GP community, a group focused on supporting and advocating for the long-term success of Dynamics GP users.
Building Around GP
Most of the work we do starts with improving how GP connects to the rest of the business.
That typically means integrating GP with modern eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, DynamicWeb, and Znode, ensuring that pricing, inventory, and order data move cleanly between systems, and reducing the amount of manual effort required across teams.
It also means creating better digital experiences for customers, sales reps, and partners. Whether that’s a B2B portal, a more efficient ordering process, or improved visibility into account and order data, the goal is the same. Make the systems around GP easier to use and more aligned with how the business operates.
Working Alongside VARs
We work closely with Microsoft Dynamics VARs as part of this process.
VARs bring deep expertise in GP, from implementation to accounting workflows to day-to-day system management. Our role is to extend that work into eCommerce, integrations, and digital experience.
We don’t replace that relationship. We strengthen it by helping customers get more out of the systems connected to GP.
When that partnership is aligned, projects tend to move faster and the end result is more cohesive. There’s a clear understanding of who owns what, and the customer benefits from a solution that actually fits together.
Platform Decisions Come Down to Fit
There’s no single platform that works for every GP customer.
We’ve implemented across BigCommerce, Shopify, DynamicWeb, and Znode, and the right choice always depends on the business. Product complexity, customer type, internal processes, and long-term goals all play a role.
What matters most is that whatever platform is selected integrates cleanly with GP and supports the way the business wants to operate moving forward.
What the Next 10+ Years Look Like
We see GP continuing to play an important role for many organizations over the next decade.
The companies that get the most out of it will be the ones that invest in the systems around it. That includes modern eCommerce experiences, automation that reduces repetitive work, and integrations that allow data to move without friction.
It’s less about changing the ERP, and more about strengthening everything connected to it.
Looking Ahead
Our focus is straightforward. Help businesses continue to get value out of Microsoft Dynamics GP while improving the systems around it.
That means continuing to invest in integrations, eCommerce, and strong partnerships with VARs and platform providers, while actively supporting the broader GP community through initiatives like The Knights of GP.
GP remains a reliable foundation. We’re here to help build what comes next.
