As of August 15th, 2022, Fusionary officially moved into its new location in downtown Grand Rapids. Previously headquartered on the south side of the city, Fusionary’s main offices are now located just East of Rosa Parks Circle behind the Grand Rapids Art Museum and across from Madcap coffee.

Sam Kasgorgis, the company’s current President & CEO, believes maintaining headquarters in greater Grand Rapids shows the organization’s commitment to West Michigan and the area’s diverse economy, especially in various manufacturing sectors. In addition, Grand Rapids being a well-established hub for top-level talent aligns with the firm’s short-term goal of adding an additional 10+ employees by the end of 2023.

Kasgorgis is also a member of the Technology Council of West Michigan and is involved with The Right Place to help expand West Michigan’s goal of becoming the technology hub in West Michigan. Currently consisting of 20 employees and several contractors, the digital consulting firm fully occupies the 2nd and 4th floors of the 89 Monroe Center building.

“We really take pride in creating an atmosphere that people enjoy working in and want to be a part of” said Sam Kasgorgis, adding“ I’m a member of the Technology Council of West Michigan and involved with The Right Place to help expand West Michigan’s goal to become the technology hub in West Michigan, the new facility is an exciting space for young engineers and designers to create, collaborate and grow their talent”.

Fusionary’s leadership team believes the new location is a direct reflection of the organization’s consistent growth in the past decade that is a result of establishing long-term working partnerships. These trusted partnerships include well-known corporations such as Meijer, Steel Case, Haworth, General Motors, Detroit Axle, Digital Realty, Jet’s Pizza, StockX, WallSide Windows, Imagine Learning and Fredrick Meijer Gardens.

“For 27 years, our roots have been and will continue to be here in Grand Rapids. The decision to move into the heart of downtown is key to the vision of Fusionary and our confidence in the continued growth of the Grand Rapids economy.” said Johnson who added “The new building will allow for the continued growth of the technical and design teams to drive the expansion of our technical capabilities to better serve the increasing number of high-priority clients we have partnered with locally and nationally.”

Founded in 1995, Fusionary began operations as a web development agency, but transitioned into a full-service digital consulting and software development firm in recent years, providing businesses with custom-built digital solutions and strategies geared towards innovation, growth, and optimization. That shift was accelerated in 2021 when Fusionary expanded their team and services through the acquisition of custom software developer AMBR Detroit.

The new office space consists nearly 10,000 square feet of refurbished office space that was previously occupied by Ghafari Associates, and Concept Design. African American Cultural Center is a current tenant on the first floor. In addition to the two floors of offices, the third floor also has conference space. Future plans for the building include expanding into the entire space, with first floor lobby, cafeteria, and collaboration space for employees, while also adding offices and conference centers that will be available for partnering companies.

Fusionary’s services include digital transformation, competitive analysis, web & mobile app development, enterprise app integration, and business process automation. Fusionary strives to create a significant impact in Grand Rapids as well as throughout the state of Michigan by committing to business growth and operational excellence.
