Scope of services:
- Replaced an extensive paper-based pre-employment survey with an online version helping TestSource save time, lower costs, use less paper, and make easy updates.
- Organized system architecture and established all interaction and interface design.
- Developed a custom application complete with multilingual survey and option to hear questions read aloud, automatic scoring, administrative and accounting features, applicant tracking software integration, and customizable PDF feedback reports.
The site is used by hundreds of hospitals nationwide and processes thousands of surveys each month. We continued working with TestSource developing two additional tools and supplemental marketing materials. It’s now six years later and we’re still partners.
