Guided PDL through a rich discovery process defining audience objectives and researching current and emerging trends in library website design.
Defined and validated content, features, and functionality important to PDL patrons.
Established creative and marketing direction.
Developed a custom application to display book lists by pulling images and descriptions from Amazon.
Designed custom skins integrating site design across 3rd party tools.
Implemented a content management system enabling PDL to easily manage every aspect of the site.
